We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content. This website informs about our studio and our games. It contains no contact forms, no analytics or tracking tools, and sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the pages, the host automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These typically include: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer).

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in a technically flawless presentation and the security of our website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns the initiation or performance of a contract. We delete this data once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

5. Fonts

This website uses locally hosted fonts. No data is transferred to third parties (such as Google Fonts) for this purpose.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have, among others, the following rights:

  • access to the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).
